Yeak-dang Designed to exhibit traditional beauty, the Yeak-dang was established in 1996. It is the first and largest Korean traditional music theater, with partitioned sections that can seat a total of 800 guests. Within the auditorium large kites have been hung and the stage is made to recreate the atmosphere of a Korean garden, which was used anciently as a traditional performing site, not only to enhance visual pleasure, but also to improve the acoustics.
