1972.11 Gugaksayangseongso(the training Center for Gugak Musicans0 raised to Gugak High School and the same time became affiliated with the Ministry of Education
1987.11.9 Restructuring The NCKTPA now has 2 subdivision; they are the Management Department, the General affairs Division Performance Division, Stage Management Division Promotion Division, Music Research Division
1987.12.28 Moved the headquarter from Jangchun-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul to Seocho-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul
1990.1.3 Government management changed and now the NCKTPA is affiliated the Ministry of Culture
1991.12.17 Established the 'Minsokgugakwon'(The National Center for Korean Folk Perfoming Arts)belonging to the NCKTPA
