�� Performances by The National Center for Korean Traditional Performing Arts ticket booking information.


1. How can I book a ticket?
Ticket Booking can be done via internet, telephone, and in person.
For Internet Booking
Please use The National Center for Korean Traditional Performing Arts homepage to book tickets online.
You may call The National Center for Korean Traditional Performing Arts customer support center(580-3300) if you have any questions.

- Monday~Saturday : 09:00-18:00 (with the exception of holidays)
- Internet booking : 24 hours (Booking must be done before 5pm on the day prior to the performance)
For Telephone or on-location booking
Please call The National Center for Korean Traditional Performing Arts ticket office (phone number:02-580-3300) or you may arrive in person at the 1st floor of the Yeakdang.
- If the date of your selected performance is a weekday, please book your tickets by 6pm one day prior to the performance.
- If the date of your selected performance is on a Sunday, please book your tickets by 3pm on Saturday.
- If the date of your selected performance is on a holiday, please book your tickets by 6pm one day prior to the performance.

2. Until when can my booked ticket be cancelled/rescheduled/refunded?
On the day of the performance, cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds are not possible.
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund availability is as follows.
- If the date of your selected performance is on a weekday, please make the necessary changes by 5pm one day prior to the performance.
- If the date of your selected performance is on a Sunday, please make the necessary changes by 3pm on Saturday.
- If the date of your selected performance is on a holiday, please make the necessary changes by 5pm one day prior to the performance.

3. How will I receive my ticket once it is booked?
For Internet Booking
You may receive your tickets either by mail or in person. If you would like to receive your tickets via mail, please inquire at The National Center for Korean Traditional Performing Arts customer support center(580-3300).
If you would like to receive your tickets in person, please come to The National Center for Korean Traditional Performing Arts ticket office with your booking number, booking form, and proper identification by 1 hour prior to the performance.
+ For internet bookings, please be sure to bring your booking confirmation form, the person who made the booking, and their identification card.
Booking done via telephone or in person
Please come to The National Center for Korean Traditional Performing Arts ticket office on the first floor of the Yeakdang with the person who made the booking, and their identification card by 1 hour prior to the performance. If you purchase your ticket on location it will be issued to you directly.

�� Seating reference


1. I want to know about the seat grades and prices.
Seating grades and prices differ slightly between performances, and depend on the sponsor.
In the case of a performance by The National Center for Korean Traditional Performing Arts, The Yeakdang A section(floor 1 between rows NA and DA) is 10,000won per person, while the Yeakdang B section(all other seats) is 8,000won per person. For the Umyeondang, all seats are 8,000won per person. Please note that the seat prices differ slightly from performance to performance.

2. Can I change my seats?
Via Internet
You can visit The National Center for Korean Traditional Performing Arts homepage and change your seats or call the customer support center(580-3300).
If you booked your ticket via telephone
Seating changes(for reasonable purposes) can be made by calling the ticket office (1st floor of the Yeakdang) at 02-580-3300. Please inform the receptionist of the reasons for the seat change, as there are no service charges associated with seating changes.
If you booked your ticket in person
Bring your ticket during the proper time to The National Center for Korean Traditional Performing Arts Yeakdang first floor ticket office.
- If the date of your selected performance is on a weekday, please make your seat change by 5pm one day prior to the performance.
- If the date of your selected performance is on Sunday, please make your seat change by 3pm on Saturday.
- If the date of your selected performance is on a holiday, please make your seat change by 5pm one day prior to the performance.

3. Where are the wheelchair accessible seats?
For the Yeakdang, there are two seats at the front end of ow GA, and for the Umyeondang there are 4 seats at the front end of row GA and 4 seats at the front end of row DA.
