Daechwita
Sonorous Daechwita was used for military exercises or the king`s procession during the Joseon Dynasty period. Chwita means "to blow and strike;" thus, the title indicates the feature of the piece which is performed by wind and percussion instruments. This vigorous music, which renders energetic sound, employs wind instruments such as taepyeongso (conical oboe), nabal (clarion), nagak (conch horn), and sonorous percussion instruments such as jabara (cymbals), jing (gong), and yonggo (dragon drum).
